I am an international Senior Executive with extensive experience in fast moving businesses, from large internationals to rapidly growing start-ups.

Highly versatile with wide-ranging sector knowledge, including Construction, Insurance, Re-Insurance, Telecommunications, Financing/Banking, Manufacturing and Hospitality, gained across global markets in USA, UK, Europe, Asia, Canada, South America, GCC and UAE. Have held UK Personnel Security Clearance.

I have been involved in several mergers & acquisitions, decoupling and have provided the leadership, structure and strategy to drive through the required cultural and business changes. My remit has seen me manage internationally with divisions of 350+ staff and budgets have ranged from tens to hundreds of £millions with my teams being centralised, decentralised, matrix and hybrid.
