I have over 25 years of commercial experience and a former COO responsible for a large-scale customer service operation. This included the design and implementation of a recently delivered 3-year transformation strategy. Alongside this, I was responsible for the day to day operational management and people strategy for over 4000 colleagues. During my tenure, the operation delivered year on year improvements in all key performance indicators

Alongside my commercial experience, I previously worked in the HR arena for a number of years including Generalist HR, Performance Management and Talent Strategy Management Development.

I am passionate about authentic leadership and continuous professional development of managers and leaders. Great leaders have a positive impact on people every day. I have been coaching and mentoring leaders from a number of industries through direct engagement and also part of excellent not for profit organisations such as the 30% club and the Whitehall Industry Group.
